What is Personal Information and why do we collect it?

Personal Information is information or an opinion that identifies an individual. Examples of Personal Information we collect include: names, addresses, email addresses, phone and facsimile numbers.

  2. Identity Verification: To protect your privacy and security, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before processing any data erasure request. You may be asked to provide certain personal information for this purpose.

  3. Processing Your Request: Once we have confirmed your identity and the validity of your request, we will proceed with deleting your personal data from our systems. Please note that we will retain only the minimum personal data necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, and resolving disputes.

  4. Notification of Completion: Upon completion of your data erasure request, we will send a confirmation to the email address associated with your account.

Please note that the erasure of your data will result in the inability to access certain services on our website where personal data is necessary for service provision. The process is irreversible, and all personal data (except that which we are legally required or permitted to retain) will be permanently deleted from our servers.

In compliance with GDPR, we will process your request within one month of receiving it, unless the request is particularly complex or we receive a high volume of requests, in which case, we may extend this period by a further two months. We will inform you within one month of receiving your request if we need to extend the period.
